HOW DO I ENROL? HOW DO I PAY?

MY CHILD IS TOO YOUNG OR TOO OLD
Our age ranges are a guide. Depending on your child’s maturity, focus and interest in drama, dance and/or singing, they may fit into an older class or a younger class. Please give us a call on 0459058721 or email admin@BeXDcreate.com with specifics and we can help guide you to the right class.
CAN I TRIAL A CLASS BEFORE I PAY FOR THE TERM?
We don’t offer free trials but all our classes have the option to sign up for a paid trial class. These can be booked directly through our website. After your trial, you will receive an invite to enrol for the remaining weeks of term if you or your child wishes to continue. We recommend trialling near the start of a term as our teachers will tailor the term curriculum to the interests and skill level of the students in the class.
DO YOU TEACH PRIVATE LESSONS?
Yes, many of our teachers are available for private singing, dance or acting lessons for all ages and levels. Please submit an enquiry HERE.
MY CHILD HAS SPECIAL NEEDS, IS THIS CLASS SUITABLE?
Neurodiverse children are very welcome in our classes. We have multiple teachers in every room to offer support to any children who need it. Our classes are suitable for most physical disabilities, please send us an email to double check anything specific at admin@BeXDcreate.com. Our dance specific classes are the only class that will be unsuitable to students with a major physical disability.

WHY SHOULD I ENROL MY CHILD IN SINGING AND DRAMA CLASS?
Singing and drama classes offer numerous benefits for children (and adults!), including improved self-confidence, communication skills, creative expression, teamwork, and awareness. These classes provide a platform to develop all of these skills along with learning performance skills and fostering a love for the arts.
CAN ADULTS WITH NO PRIOR PERFORMING EXPERIENCE ENROL IN CLASSES?
Absolutely! Our classes welcome students of all experience levels, including and especially adults with no prior singing, dance or acting experience. We will support and guide you to discover the beauty of your unique voice, build confidence and find your community.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A TYPICAL DRAMA & SINGING CLASS?
Our classes typically include vocal and physical warm-ups, breathing exercises, vocal technique training, acting exercises, script work, improvisation, and group exercises to further develop storytelling, communication and confidence. Our experienced instructors tailor the classes to suit the skill levels and goals of the participants. Younger groups classes will focus their learning in games and fast paced activities. Older or more advanced classes will focus their learning in more one-on-one masterclass formats as well as group activities.
WILL STUDENTS BE GIVEN OPPORTUNITIES TO PERFORM?
Yes. All our kids and teens classes perform in end-of-term showcases in their final week of each term for friends and family. For our adults, private students and more advanced teen students, we put on a more formal showcase at a special venue at the end of terms 2 and 4. We also run a Musical Theatre holiday workshop in the June and September school holidays which provides opportunities for students aged 6+ to perform in a musical.
WHAT DOES BeXD MEAN?
Do you remember, before emojis, when we used to make smiley faces out of punctuation? This emoji - XD - is an excited grinning face. BeXD is meant to mean be happy, be excited!
